Speed

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 / tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote / north-east: 5–10 business days

Orders placed before 18:00 IST ship the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 IST or on Sundays ship the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and WhatsApp'd to you the moment we hand the device to the courier. You can also check status in your account.

Packaging

Every device ships in a tamper-evident sealed box with a unique seal number recorded on your invoice. Open on camera — see /return-exchange for the unboxing-video policy.

Payment

All orders are prepaid only — Cash on Delivery is not offered. We accept UPI, all major credit / debit cards, net banking, and EMI via PayU.
