We grade by visible wear: Like New (no visible marks), Excellent (barely-there micro-marks under direct light), Good (light scratches or minor edge marks), Fair (visible scuffs but full functionality). Functionality is independent of grade — every device passes our 120-point test before being listed.

A minimum 3-month warranty applies to every device unless explicitly marked otherwise on the listing. Some devices ship with extended 6-month or 12-month warranties — the exact term is shown on each product page.
