Information we collect
- Account: name, email, phone (only when you sign in via OTP)
- Order: shipping address, billing details
- Payment: handled entirely by PayU Money — we never store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN
- Browsing: anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) to improve the storefront experience
Why we collect it
- To process and ship your order
- To send order-status emails and WhatsApp notifications
- To recover abandoned carts (only if you've opted in by entering email)
- To improve the website via aggregate analytics
What we never do
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Share your phone number with marketers
- Store payment card details on our servers
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies for cart persistence, login session, and the analytics tools above. You can disable cookies in your browser — the storefront still works but the cart will not survive a tab close.
Your rights
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you: email customercare@thedigihub.in
- Request deletion of your account + data: same email above (we honour within 7 business days)
- Opt out of marketing email: every email has an unsubscribe link
Data retention
- Order records: 7 years (per Indian tax law)
- Account / wishlist data: until you request deletion
- Browsing analytics: anonymised within 60 days
