3 Months Store Warranty (Physical & Liquid damage not covered)

Warranty Coverage

Every certified pre-owned and new device sold by The Digital Hub (operated by The Digital Hub, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India) carries a 3-month store warranty from the date of invoice, unless a longer manufacturer/seller warranty is explicitly mentioned on the product page or invoice.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in hardware components.
  • Battery faults present at the time of delivery (where applicable).
  • Software issues caused by pre-installed firmware.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage of any kind (drops, dents, cracked screens, bent frames).
  • Liquid damage, including exposure to humidity, sweat or rain.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, tampering, unauthorised repair or opening of the device.
  • Wear-and-tear of accessories such as charging cables, adapters and earphones.
  • Loss of data, software corruption due to user installation, jailbreak/root or third-party tools.
  • Theft, loss or any insurance-related claims.
  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations or use of incompatible chargers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. WhatsApp or call us at +91-8980-700-700 with the device IMEI/serial, invoice number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Our team will guide you to the nearest store or arrange a reverse pickup at our discretion.
  3. Once received, our service team performs a 120-point inspection within 5 working days.
  4. If the fault qualifies under this warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund at our reasonable discretion.
  5. If the fault is excluded (physical/liquid damage etc.), we will share a paid-repair estimate before proceeding.

Governing Law

This warranty is provided as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
