Areas We Ship To
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through reputed logistics partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post). If your pincode is unserviceable, we will reach out within 24 hours with an alternative.
Free Delivery
All orders qualify for FREE shipping across India — there are no hidden delivery charges or packaging fees.
Delivery Timelines
- Gujarat (Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad / nearby): 1-2 working days.
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2-3 working days.
- Other cities & towns: 3-5 working days.
- Remote / north-eastern areas: 5-8 working days.
Order Tracking

Packaging & Insurance
- Every device is sealed in tamper-evident packaging.
- All shipments are insured against transit damage and loss.
- Unbox the package on camera; if you notice any tampering, please refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and EMI via PayU. Cash on Delivery is not available. All payments are processed on PayU's PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier-side issues. We will proactively communicate any such delays via WhatsApp / email.
