Return & Exchange Policy

7-day device replacement for verified defects

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery / in-store purchase for devices that arrive with a manufacturing or pre-existing defect. Devices that work as described and were sold "as-is" cannot be returned simply for change of mind.

Eligibility

  • The original tax invoice must accompany the device.
  • All original accessories (box, charger, cable, SIM ejector, documentation) must be returned.
  • The device must be free of physical damage, liquid damage and tampering.
  • The Find My / Google account must be signed out and the device factory-reset.
  • The IMEI/serial must match the invoice and product listing.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Raise a request within 7 days by calling or WhatsApping us at +91-8980-700-700.
  2. Share the invoice number, IMEI/serial and a short video of the defect.
  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorisation and arrange pickup, or invite you to the nearest store.
  4. On receipt, our technicians inspect the device against the listing.
  5. If the defect is verified, we will offer either:
    • A free replacement with the same model / specification (subject to stock), or
    • A different model of equal value, or
    • A full refund as per our Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories that have been opened or used (chargers, earphones, cables, screen protectors, cases).
  • Devices with physical or liquid damage observed at the time of return.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery / purchase.
  • Devices on which the IMEI sticker / serial label has been tampered.

Governing Law

This policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
